These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply when you use the yansoon.me website and the Yansoon mobile apps (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Yansoon LLC (“Yansoon”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Michigan, United States. You must be an adult to create an account.
Yansoon is not a healthcare provider
Yansoon is a platform that helps you find doctors and book appointments with clinics in the United Arab Emirates. The clinics and doctors on the Service are independent providers: they are responsible for the care they deliver, their professional licensing, and the accuracy of the information they publish about themselves.
Content on the Service is for general information only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health.
Do not use the Service for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 998 (ambulance) or go to the nearest emergency room.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and take responsibility for activity on your account. A parent or guardian may use their own account to book appointments for a child in their care.
Bookings and fees
- Your appointment is an arrangement between you and the clinic or doctor — Yansoon facilitates the booking.
- Fees shown on the Service are set by the providers and are paid directly to the clinic. Yansoon does not process payments.
- Please arrive on time, and cancel or reschedule through the Service as early as you can if your plans change.
- Clinics may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule an appointment; we will notify you through the Service when that happens.
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- provide false or misleading information, or impersonate another person;
- harass or abuse providers, staff, or other users, or misuse messaging and calls;
- interfere with the Service or access it by automated means such as scraping;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as messages, files, and testimonials. You grant us the right to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service.
- Testimonials are published only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Our platform
The Yansoon name, brand, and software belong to Yansoon LLC. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps and website. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows it.
Third-party services
Parts of the Service rely on third parties — such as signing in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, communicating over WhatsApp, and embedded videos. Your use of those features is also governed by the relevant provider’s own terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information when you use the Service.
Ending your use of the Service
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as those on content, disclaimers, and liability — survive termination.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information such as availability and fees comes from providers and may change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yansoon is not responsible for the healthcare services provided by clinics and doctors, or for disputes between you and a provider.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yansoon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, except where the law of the country you live in gives you rights that mandatorily apply.
